Welcome to Indulgence Nail Studio ✨ Hey love, I’m Quay — your friendly neighborhood nail tech, part-time comedian, full-time mom, and certified “God got me” girl. Before we talk nails, let me tell you real quick how God been carrying me like a Birkin — gently but EXPENSIVELY. 😭✨ When I had my first baby at 20, life was lifing in ways I did NOT sign up for. Bills? Bill-ing. Emotions? Everywhere. Faith? Hanging on by one acrylic tip. But listen… God was still in the background like, “Relax daughter, I got you. You’re panicking. I’m not.” Every delay? Protection. Every closed door? Redirection. Every breakdown? Prep for the glow-up. I thought I was losing everything… but really He was making room for better. So yes — this studio was birthed out of stress, tears, and prayer… But it’s thriving because of grace, growth, and good vibes only. ⸻ Why I Created This Space 🌿 A Sanctuary… But Make It Cute When you walk in here, you’re not just a client. You’re my sister, my cousin, my “girl let me tell you what happened this week” — all in one. I created a space where women can be: • Soft • Loud • Classy • Ratchet • Saved • Still cussing a little • And everything in between God said “come as you are,” not “come perfect,” so BABY we do just that. And yes — a Russian manicure is included every time because I don’t half-do ANYTHING. God didn’t give me this gift for me to be lazy with it. 😌 ⸻ 💅 Healthy, Not Harmful (We Don’t Do Toxic — In Nails OR People) I specialize in Gel X + PlexiGel because I like your nails to survive LIFE. We don’t do crusty cuticles, pop-off nails, or “why did they file me like that?” trauma over here. My goal is simple: Healthy nails, cute hands, and a tiny boost of delusional confidence for the week. ✨ ⸻ 🛁 Rest, But Like… The Bougie Version Every appointment includes warm towels, scrubs, snacks, and a break from your loud children and your louder responsibilities. It’s giving: “Be still and know I’m that girl and God is still God.” Release the stress. Receive the vibe. Reapply your lip gloss. Period. ⸻ ✨ Pricing with Purpose (Not With Pressure) I don’t rush. I don’t upcharge for every little thing. I take my time because YOU deserve time. This is a luxury appointment, not a factory line. We moving with intention and excellence — just like Jesus did. ⸻ The Heart of Indulgence This place was built from pain, prayer, and perseverance… But the energy? PURE LOVE. I don’t judge anyone. I welcome everybody. We can talk God, gossip, goals, trauma, or tacos — whatever you need. Cancellation Policy
📝 INDULGENCE NAIL STUDIO – CLIENT CARE & POLICY GUIDELINES Booking an appointment means you understand and agree to the following with love and respect for our time together. ⸻ 📌 Booking & Retainer Fees To honor your time and mine, a retainer fee is required when booking and will be applied to your total. If you need an alternative payment method, please feel free to text (865) 230-6699 — I’ll do my best to accommodate you. ⸻ ❗ If Your Appointment Is Declined If your booking is declined, please know it’s not personal — it’s usually due to a timing conflict or a system issue. You’re always welcome to text (865) 230-6699 so we can find a time that works for us both. ⸻ ⏰ Timeliness & Grace I ask that you arrive on time so we can fully indulge in your appointment. • Services over 1 hour include a 5-minute grace period. • Baddie on a Budget services are tightly timed and cannot allow late arrivals. • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation. ⸻ 📆 Prepaid Services & Cancellations Life happens — and I get it! If you’ve prepaid and need to cancel, please do so 48 hours in advance. • Prepaid appointments are non-refundable but can be rescheduled within 30 days. ⸻ 💅 Nail Repairs – Friday Repair Day To keep your nails flawless, I offer repair appointments every Friday. Emergency repairs may be available by request. Repair Pricing: • Within 4 days: Free • After 4 days: $5 per nail | Design repair: $8+ • Emergency (non-Friday): Standard fee + $20 service fee Please note: No full sets or redesigns during repair appointments. ⸻ 🖼️ Design Communication To bring your vision to life: • Please text inspo photos to (865) 230-6699 • Let me know about any design changes at least 24 hours in advance ⸻ 📞 Communication & Availability This is a one-woman business rooted in care and balance. • I reply to messages Monday–Saturday until 6 PM • Sundays are my rest day — I do not respond to messages during this time • Please allow for delays during business hours as I may be with another guest. I promise to reply as soon as I can. ⸻ “Appointments must be confirmed within 3 hours of booking or communication must be made. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your deposit, as that time is being held for you.” ✅ Confirmation & Agreements • Please confirm your appointment at least 24 hours ahead to avoid cancellation. • All clients are asked to read and honor these policies and waivers. • Booking means you agree to these terms, whether or not a signature is provided.
